These terms apply to orders placed on kimowears.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Your statutory consumer rights under EU and Swedish law are not affected.

Prices & payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never store full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Shipping

Orders ship from the EU. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Right of withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, email hello@kimowears.com with your order number before the 14 days expire.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. The customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective. We refund the original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Defective items

If an item is defective or not as described, you have at least 2 years of statutory guarantee under EU consumer law. Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

Disputes

We always try to resolve disputes directly. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
