Kimowears (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit kimowears.com, why we collect it, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is the controller

Kimowears is the data controller for the data described below. Questions or requests can be sent to hello@kimowears.com.

What we collect

• Order data: name, shipping address, email, phone (if provided), purchased items. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Payment data:collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• Waitlist data: email address and the piece you’re interested in. Lawful basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and basic page-view information to keep the site working and secure. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Cookies & analytics:only after you choose “Accept all” in our cookie banner.

Processors we use

• Stripe (payments, EU/US)
• Our hosting provider (EU/US)
• Our email service provider (EU/US)

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep data

Order data is retained for as long as required by applicable accounting law (typically up to 7 years). Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for a short period (up to 90 days).

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request portability of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Sweden: Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten / IMY).
